1. Services
We provide property care services including lawn care, handyman work, junk removal, pressure washing, mobile detailing, and seasonal services.
Services are scheduled upon request and confirmed by phone, email, or text.
2. Quotes & Payments
Quotes are provided based on information given and may be adjusted if service scope changes.
Payments are due upon completion unless otherwise agreed.
Accepted payment methods include cash, check, Zelle, Venmo, CashApp, and PayPal.
3. Customer Responsibilities
Ensure safe and reasonable access to property areas for service.
Notify us of pets, hazards, or special considerations.
4. Liability
Bi-Stone Services is not responsible for pre-existing property damage or hidden issues.
We carry out services with reasonable care and professionalism, but we cannot guarantee results outside our control (weather, third-party interference, etc.).
5. Cancellation
Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours before scheduled service.
Last-minute cancellations may incur a fee.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
